After raising her children, Safiya, Ahmed’s wife, entered the hospitality sector, shar-ing a passion for generosity with Aedh. She loved hosting and celebrating guests, leading to the birth of one of the company’s core values: “We appreciate curated experiences.” Hospitality services were officially introduced in 2003.
As the children joined the business, the Shada family grew, expanding the vision and deepening the family’s values. Three Shada hotels were built and became a cornerstone of authentic Saudi hospitality, centered around:
